About Julie Finn

Julie Finn is an executive advisor with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, strategy, executive coaching, and facilitation. 

She works with executives and their teams on strategy, alignment, scaling, and transitions.

She serves leaders and organizations across corporations, investment and professional services firms, mission-driven organizations, and founder-led companies.

Her experience includes strategic roles at The Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, The Coca-Cola Company, and The Walt Disney Company.

She holds an MBA and BA from Stanford and a Master’s from Oxford.
